Over the past few months, Topshore has not only expanded its team but also its services, positioning itself even better as a recruitment agency in the field of technology.

Since March of 2023, Topshore has welcomed Kimberly Passial to their team. Kimberly lives in the Rotterdam region together with her partner and her new born baby girl. She has experience with recruitment because of one of her previous roles as Team Leader in resource planning. At Topshore, she will further delve into recruitment and seek out new talent for their clients.

Thanks to the hard work of the Topshore team, they have welcomed welcomed many new clients and helped them filling their vacancies during recent months. Additionally, Topshore is expanding their recruitment activities and have recently entered into a new partnership with SolarDuck in Rotterdam. SolarDuck is a renewable energy startup that has developed an Offshore Floating Solar platform. The platform is scheduled to be installed in the “Hollandse Kust West” wind farm park in 2026. In the coming years, the platform will be further developed for projects amongst others in Japan and Malaysia. The collaboration entails Topshore taking on the complete recruitment process for SolarDuck (RPO Recruitment). Therefore Topshore will be responsible for all applications, communication, vacancies and the entire process around it.
