The new learning organization
July 2, 2021
Last week you have all read the good news that two training companies have been added to the MeeMaken group, Splintt and Philpaper. Along with eWorks and Infosequre they will join forces to offer an even wider range of services in the area of (online) learning solutions. The joint group will continue under the name BeOne Development, but each company (OpCo) will remain responsible under its own brand for its own (Consultancy) Sales and Operations.
As you can see in the organizational chart above, the companies will be supported by a competence center, which includes the activities for Marketing & Communication, Finance, HR, IT, Media Production and Pre-Sales.
This organizational change also affects the different roles within the management of the training companies. We would like to introduce the new management to you:
- Ad Bakkeren will temporarily take on the role of interim CEO and as Integration Lead he will be responsible for building the competence center;
- Natasja Jager, as CCO, will be responsible for commercial activities, such as pre-sales, marketing & communication and product development;
- Martijn Wijnberg, as COO, will be responsible for the operations within the OpCo’s;Niels van Drimmelen, as CTO and CFO, will be responsible for both IT and Finance;
- Ernst Bouwhuis, as Owner Representative, will be responsible for setting up the partner network within Infosequre and supervising any M&A processes.
The focus in the upcoming period will be on getting acquainted, making plans and also looking for a new office, where the companies can work together.
Good luck to everyone involved!
