During the yearly Christmas fundraising, a large group of colleagues from the Dutch MeeMaken companies has donated money to the good cause of The Hunger Project.

Donations could be made in 2 ways. Through a ‘Tikkie’ where, in addition to receiving a Christmas present, a self-selected amount could be donated. Or by choosing not to receive the Christmas present, but to donate the value of it in full to the charity.

No less than €3,038.05 was raised. What a tremendously beautiful amount! We are very proud and grateful for all the donations that have been made, thank you! On top of that, the money raised by all colleagues has been doubled by the MeeMaken Holding.

We are now very proud to announce that the MeeMaken Christmas Fundraising 2022 has raised the fantastic amount of €6,076.10! This amount will be used entirely for the Gewocha Forest restoration project in Ethiopia, where local communities, together with The Hunger Project and WeForest, will work on banishing erosion, hunger and poverty.
