LiftWerx has recently decided to commence service operations in Europe. For now, a small but powerful team has been established within Eager.one’s offices in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In Europe, LiftWerx will be managed by Eelko May with support from Gerben Ficker and Huub Kroezen. This branch will service both the onshore and offshore European market, providing up-tower lifting solutions for major component repairs and replacements.

LiftWerx has placed an order with KenzFigee to build another GenHook™ crane. This 30-tonne-capacity crane, which is designed for both onshore and offshore applications, is set to launch in late 2021. As one of its first jobs, it will be used for an onshore and offshore demonstration on one of the world’s largest wind turbine platforms. The execution of this job is a collaborative effort between KenzFigee and LiftWerx.

Here at LiftWerx, we continue to expand our breadth of knowledge and offerings as a full turnkey service provider on multiple turbine platforms. We see a large opportunity in the European market, with a strong potential for growth in the coming years.
