The training Effective Communication for Young Professionals is back! If you missed it last time, you can sign up now! The training is divided in two parts and is suitable for employees with 0-5 years of work experience. Trainer Jantien ‘t Hart will guide you during the training.

Part 1

During the first part of the Effective Communication training, we will cover the following topics:

• Communication styles of yourself and others.
• Non-verbal communication; professional appearances and standing in your power.
• Reflecting on your role within the company and the communication pitfalls associated with it.
• Key conversation techniques.

Part 1 of the training will be held on Wednesday June 12th. The training will take place from 16:00 to 20:00. Dinner will be provided!

Part 2

During the second part of the Effective Communication training, we will cover the following topics:

• Steps of giving and receiving solution-focused feedback.
• Dealing with resistance and objections.
• Practicing your own case studies related to communication skills.
• Optional conversation techniques in an advisory conversation and its structure.

Part 2 of the training will be held on Tuesday June 25th. The training will take place from 16:00 to 20:00. Dinner will also be provided during the second part.
