Blue Offshore is delighted to announce the successful completion of the 1st campaign of their project with Baker Hughes.

Blue Offshore Marine Services was contracted by Baker Hughes to design, build and operate a Modular Loading Tower with a robust 15 ton tensioner. This innovative road-transportable tower facilitated the transpooling of 12 km flexible flowlines. The transpooling was performed at the Baker Hughes facility in Newcastle, UK.

The scope of work also included project management, engineering, supply of key equipment such as Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) and the provision of a highly skilled crew for the entire operation.

The first campaign was successfully executed in June 2023 and they are now preparing for the second campaign in February/ March 2024. Stay tuned for further updates!
